GIVING BACK

HELP US ENCOURAGE PHILANTHROPY AND VOLUNTEERISM AND REACH THREE TIMES AS MANY PEOPLE THROUGH A RE-IMAGINED “GIVING BACK” GUIDE

The Giving Back guide is a free publication designed to facilitate connections between nonprofits and individuals wishing to donate or volunteer.  The guide has grown every year as more nonprofits participate to increase awareness of their missions. It is used by individuals to help plan year-end giving, and also by giving circles, agencies, and schools to organize donations and community service.  Made possible by advertisers and generous sponsors, the Giving Back guide helps people navigate the crowded sector and find a nonprofit to support.

Due to the Coronavirus, many of the GIVING BACK guide’s distribution locations such as libraries, eateries and shops may not be open depending on government guidelines. We have reimagined our signature publication because it is needed now more than ever. People really want to help – they just need accessible information.

The NPC has partnered with The Berkshire Eagle to produce the Giving Back guide as part of the September 23rd issue of the newspaper.  There will be a special focus on nonprofits in the editorial sections as well.
