Fraud…..you probably think it couldn’t happen in your organization. But when you read in the newspaper about an incidence of embezzlement at a local nonprofit, you realize there might be more you could do to safeguard your organization. We’ve put together a great panel of experts to share tips and stories to enlighten us all.

This Lunch & Learn webinar will help identify and address vulnerabilities to internal fraud, educate on internal controls, and assist management in achieving fiscal responsibility and deterrence. Hear real-life examples of how fraud is most-often discovered, and learn more about the legal ramifications of embezzlement and other types of fraud. Our Fraud Prevention presenters include Carol Leibinger-Healey of Adelson & Company PC, Kim Baker of Toole Insurance Agency, and representatives from the criminal division of the MA District Attorney’s Office.

AAG Gretchen Brodigan is representing the White Collar/Public Integrity Division of the Crime Bureau and AAG Bernardo Cuadra is representing the Non Profit/Charities Division of the Health Care & Fair Competition Bureau.

Kim Baker, CISR, CWCA, is a Senior Account Executive/Risk Manager at Toole Insurance Agency, and Board Vice-Chair at BFAIR (Berkshire Family & Individual Resources). Skilled in Employment Practices Liability, Management and Leadership, Kim has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
