GIVING BACK

GIVING BACK: Directory of Berkshire Nonprofits & Ways to Help

Each year the Nonprofit Center of the Berkshires publishes a Giving Back guide listing over 1,000 nonprofits by category, i.e. Arts & Culture, Housing, Youth & Education.  Listings are FREE for all nonprofits registered in Berkshire County, and those providing programs in Berkshire County.

Designed to connect nonprofits to people who want to “give back” either as volunteers or donors, the Giving Back guide has become an indispensable tool used by schools, giving circles, civic groups, leadership programs and more.

This year we will partner with The Berkshire Eagle in distributing our full-color, glossy magazine style guide to 14,000 subscribers.

We know that newspaper subscribers are more civic-minded in general, and our mail date on a Saturday in October ensures the Giving Back guide will be in homes in time for year-end giving decisions.

The Berkshire Eagle is an award-winning newspaper that is locally-owned and offers robust coverage of the nonprofit sector.
