Launched in July 2017, Berkshire Nonprofit Connections was the first magazine dedicated exclusively to the Berkshire nonprofit sector. Published twice annually through 2019, each issue focused on a theme. Issue 1 focused on the health and human services, Issue 2 on food and food insecurity, Issue 3 the role of young people in the nonprofit sector and issues 4-5 on leadership.
In January 2020 the magazine evolved from a glossy trade publication to a monthly email featuring the voices of the nonprofit community and providing practical articles designed to address the challenges we all face. It is distributed to 1,000+ nonprofit employees, consultants and supporters of our sector each month thanks to local business sponsors. Past print issues and emails are available to read online.
Connections is a targeted, digital publication emailed monthly to over 1,000 subscribers with the financial support of our sponsors. Each issue requires one sponsor at $250. This underwrites our production costs including development, design and distribution.
Sponsors receive acknowledgment within Connections, via social media and on our website, including a direct link to sponsor’s website.
