September 16 (9am-1pm) Hotel on North

(3-part series: Session 2, November 2 via Zoom and Session 3, December 2 via Zoom)

Session 1: Designing a stronger board; fundraising and financial oversight with leading nonprofit consultants Robert Osborne and Andy Robinson

How organizations grow and change (and what this means for your board)

  • Finding and filling the gaps on your board
  • Board job descriptions: What to expect from them, what they can expect in return
  • Understanding your finances and revenue options
  • Redefining fundraising: It’s not about money
  • Building a board fundraising menu

Zoom sessions: November 2 and December 2, 9:30-11:00am.

We will create these sessions based on participant input and feedback. What else do you want to learn? How are you implementing what you’ve learned so far? How are your peers addressing their challenges and opportunities?

These 90-minute workshops are interactive, so please come prepared to participate. And yes, there will be homework…

Note: Free one-on-one coaching is available by the hour on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please email Liana@npcberkshires.org to reserve your session(s).
