In support of COVID-19 prevention, consults will be offered via phone or videoconferencing.

It’s never to early to be thinking about your next appeal letter. During our time together, we can:

• Brainstorm how to freshen up a letter that feels stale
• Discuss strategies to improve maximum “readability” in a short-attention span world
• Make sure your ask language is clear and connects with your donors’ emotions
• Discuss whether and how to segment your mailing list
• Review your other fundraising materials (remittance envelopes, brochures, online giving page) and talk about quick fixes to make everything feel cohesive.

Jenni Haley is a writer and consultant with over 15 years of nonprofit communications and fundraising experience. Residing in South Deerfield and serving clients across Massachusetts, Jenni specializes in appeal letter writing, communications materials, and grants. She also serves as Annual Fund Officer for Greenfield Community College. She believes that good copy can help caring people understand and connect with your mission.
