During this time, many organizations are reflecting on their equity and inclusion work in order to respond to the needs of the pandemic and also to navigate the Black Lives Matter movement of 2020. One key factor is to do this work within organizational mission and values with a pace that reflects care and competence. Join us for a workshop that will discuss preparedness in an organization by developing a cultural humility practice, cross-cultural competencies and ultimately a culture of cultural reflexivity where adaptative leadership along issues of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility are possible.

Join us for a workshop presented by Gwendolyn VanSant, CEO and Founding Director of BRIDGE. Founded in 2007, BRIDGE (dba Multicultural BRIDGE) is a grassroots organization dedicated to advancing equity and justice by promoting cultural competence, positive psychology, and mutual understanding and acceptance. The organization acts as a catalyst for change through collaboration, education, training, dialogue, fellowship and advocacy.
