As a nonprofit you are all about making the world a gentler, more just, generous, life-affirming, and equitable place.

Dynamic Self-Governance, also called Sociocracy, can help live these ideals as an organization.

Think about it: how are you making decisions? Who holds the power in your organization? How democratic are your processes, how equitable your structure, how well distributed the responsibilities? Are you getting your work done effectively?

Have you ever wondered about how to better tap into your colleagues’ potential, how to integrate perspectives not just in meetings, but in the very structure and decision-making process of your organization, how to boost effectiveness in furthering your vision and mission? This 90 minute workshop will give you a taste of the principles and methods that sociocracy uses to support workplaces where every voice is heard, work gets done effectively, and your team dynamically furthers your organization’s vision and mission.
